Horrible! Where do I start?!

The staff is full of immature teenagers, yelling and being unprofessional. I called in my order, and still had to wait 30 minutes when I got to the store to pick it up. Instead of assisting customers, the employees were laughing and playing around.

Another instance, I called in an order for delivery and my food took 2 1/2 hours. I called the store several times and was placed on hold without anyone coming back to the phone. I finally got through the 4th time I called, and the person who answered the phone said the driver is "stuck in heavy traffic". I live 5 minutes away, There is no heavy traffic in that area at 9:37PM!!

Stay away from this location. Their service is deplorable.
